The chairman of Danish Conservative Youth is protesting. we wonder why...

Now's the time then for the rest of Europe to follow suit and buy their Panama papers and for the U.S., of course....

Still, there is something endearingly refreshing about Trump's rhetoric. First of all, is it worse to be insulted than to be ignored? Is the perpetual illegality of many, which the establishment obviously care little about, a better condition than outrageous rhetoric?

There wasn't an eye dry during Obama's speech last night. Bloomberg called Trump a hypocrite. They all slammed into Trump in effect adopting his tactics; just more kosherly, in ordered speech and carefully scripted vocabulary during a night of giddy, unopposed enthusiasm. They may live to regret that. Now he has ammo for the next three months. It'll start tomorrow, Friday.

Obama himself has shed tears over the loss of life and Hiroshima. Yet, such an active supporter of drones, and of hanging on to superior nuclear capabilities, whilst hugging a Japanese victim.

Great speeches last night at the DNC! In this order: Bernie, Elizabeth, the tearsome wife, and then the last dude who gave up on a promising career as a theological motivational speaker. So many sensible perspectives - it's hard not to be hopeful if they really can carry through - do - all those right things to do. Let's hope Americans insist on that in November and following.

And then, of course, if just the Brits could engineer themselves back into the European Union, there would be cause for bliss on both sides of the Atlantic.

Well-written and completely right-on! I think, they now have forfeited their (undesirable) claims to the throne.

Ted Cruz and John Kasich's plan to stop Trump is months too late – and hypocritical

New York primary: 'Donald Trump's talking my language' - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-36060260

This dude is absolutely right. It speaks to the fact that the political establishment couldn't give a hoot about ordinary people except as a voting mass when it comes to getting reelected. Proof in point: Trump who despite his perfidious wealth speaks like a union organizer, the language and sentiments of the working classes; precisely un-kosher for the  politically correct elites.

Let's not forget that Clinton started the globalization feast for the rich and connected. Billary will give us nothing but status quo. Sanders taps into the same frustrations as Trump; just a more palatable rhetoric, and of course promising a greater socio-political effect. Trump, on the other hand, we can't quite trust to understand these matters, glued as he is to the skewed perspectives of the ultra-rich.
Det er fuldstændigt fair at "komikeren" bliver straffet for dette smagløse sludder. Der må være grænser; civilisation er grænser, selvkontrol, kultur.

US corporations have $1.4tn hidden in tax havens, claims Oxfam report

http://gu.com/p/4tbvf?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Email

Most timely information. Out in the open with tax-evaders - in Denmark a guy setting up phony corporations in tax-loophole-havens is according to Jyllandsposten being swamped by customers fearing exposure. Comprehensive, international measures against these practices are the best hope for the future, economy, equality and prosperity.

Unbelievable... and so close by...

How did these people go so wrong? And that includes the senators of Idaho mentioned in the piece. Shame on them for letting this happen!

Retired lawyer sues Israeli airline after she was asked to move seat

http://gu.com/p/4hzyj?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Email

Another great example of the level of religious fanaticism that simply is incomprehensible to Western liberal democracies. Not until it is understood do we have a chance of reconstituting peace and decency.

The ultra-orthodox, Jewish gentleman in this event is the first culprit whose idiosyncratic sentiments have no legitimacy in public space. The second culprit is the El-Al airline whose policies legitimize his antiquated nonsense. Ideally Ms. Rabinowitz should sue them both.
